Preface

For the general public, the subject of this page is: Prime objective.

There's usually the lingering air that I'm uncaring, inconsiderate, neglectful, unfriendly, when it comes to a person I have named Mipa.
The debate about this friendship has been around for years, and seems boundlessly continuous.

I'll take this subject a little at a time. 

Selection

Answers can be found in questions. 
When a person seeks marriage, why does Not a man choose to marry every woman on the planet?  Do standards of choice in mate  include a homeless, dangerous, hateful,  diseased,  or very immoral woman?

In a selection of life partners for each person the  range of choices are from the most incompatible to the most optimum.  Naturally, one man can’t choose everyone, he excludes the numberless wrong or incompatible choices, and limits his selection to a few valuable picks. Afterwards, for the standard of marriage he inspires to choose the single best life partner. 
To choose one valuable relationship, as a life partner, is the same for choosing a group of valuable relationships = friendships.  We thoughtfully choose the few most beneficial friends. 

Objective

The right way to choose a valuable relationship depends on considering the complete package of each person, who is a single  choice of many in a selection.
When in thought to see the whole package for a choice of relationship, you may place your attention on a quality of a person called the Prime Objective.  
The Prime Objective of a person  determines all of his/her life, actions, work, words, and secondary aims, as a package.
If a person's Prime Objective is good the package of a person's life has characteristics as a culture's or nation's ideal standards, truth, wholesomeness, fun, play and calm times, and other qualities that benefit.
If a person's Prime Objective  is bad the package of a person's  life has characteristics as being  immoral, hurtful, hateful, sharp,
and many other qualities that are dark.
By evidence in person's overall life, actions, work, words, and secondary aims you can work backwards to discern a person's Prime Objective, or prime aim, or the goal of motivation.
To find the 'reason' a person acts, is the same as finding the 'Prime Objective'.
This is a tool any person can use to discern if someone else has right or beneficial qualities,  or isn't beneficial.
