It seems Mipa is waiting for an immediate response.
Then I'm obliged to quickly  answer him.

My response: 
It puzzles me why Mipa has been advancing a friendship (March 29)
only 4 days after  the day I finished and published 2 papers that describes a prohibited friendship when force is used  (March 25). His action has repeated on April 3 another 5 days later -- meaning when done speedily in the sequence of mere days (March 29, April 3).
are part of the same intention .

Do his actions today seem to match and verify both the papers as correct: constant, constancy B?
The letters say, Mipa asks for help when he's abundantly supplied, wants a new friend  amid an infinite number, aims for friendship despite using a force outside legal bounds.
Mipa is still asking for friendship regardless of papers: constant, constancy B?
It goes beyond my logic to strike a person with surprise and curiosity when Mipa is currently passing a legal limit.

Did I somehow encourage or inspire Mipa toward friendship, for him to renew with strong  intensity his offer?
I'm guessing this is about the purchase I made on March 29 ;
and this same day March 29 is when Mipa responded with friendship at his public work.
I will present the answer in the next 4 parts.

Objects

Everything in life is a utility.  Man, cloud, tree, roads, bicycles, etc. all serve some practical  use, aim, and end.  A utilty man uses an additional utilty object to increase his  capability.
The main reason  men  buy objects is to increase utility.   We buy chairs, tables,  computers, furniture, cars, combs, phones; all these objects are utilities  we buy to enhance and compliment the human body utility for higher faculties.  Chairs give the  utility of sitting comfortably.  Tables give the utility of providing  clean and organized surfaces to eat or work.  Cars are utilities of transportation by moving a person  easily with speed from a place to tens of miles away to a distant locality;   Phones utilize  communication between 2 people at  long distances,  etc. 

The basic nature of a utility  that is a tool, is to fit by precise design to accomplish efficiently a specific task.
A tool in its purest form is constructed to precisely perform a Single task.
A stapler  is a tool.  It was built to solely  drive staples  into paper.

When I  recently purchased a tool from a store,  I did so for a precise utility,  the brand popularity of the utility in its field, the enthusiastic customer reviews  about the utility, and many times  the utilty is on sale at a great price.

More important than all its attributes, a tool is first a utility.

Color Origin

God, or your God, made nature.  Thus, God owns nature.  God lives in each man.  Therefore, mankind owns  nature.
Nature includes all color.
All men own nature, all men own color.

God, or your God,  is the  Source of Life.  The Source of Life is the origin of nature from which nature sprang and was cast  into creation. For ease, think of the Source of Life as the original blueprints of nature.
Hence, there is the blueprints of nature, and there is nature created from the blueprints.
The Source of Life is the inherent copyright of every man. 
As a result, all men have an inherent copyright of all nature that was casted into eventual tangile, solid, or physical form.
  The sun belongs to man; the moon, the ocean, the clouds, the mountains, etc.

Property

That defines property of all.  For clarification, next defines  proprerty of one.

Mankind's inherent copyright of nature belongs to all men, but belonging to no single man. 
To give practical organization to undefined boundaries of ownership, one man can not own the Source of nature (which belongs to all), but one man can own a Copy of nature. For example, we can't own the source and copyright  of all trees, but we can own a copy of a physical tree. 

For any man to survive, personally he needed a copy of land that was divided out for his  personal ownership.  First he needed land, to build a home, to shelter himself from the harsh weather of the seasons, also to protect himself from predators.  Ultimately, we build a family to propagate the species.

People are allowed to own any copy of nature to establish, reside, and prosper.

Utilty Color

The utilty of color  is to quickly identify; or to utilize quick identification.  By color we quickly identify grass, ground, sky, water, fire, sources of food. etc.
When an object or tool uses the utilty of color it's to quickly identify itself, or clearly represent its identity.

Men use color to quickly identify or represent.
In modern times, companies of men may use a prime color to fast identify their products.

Between a common people,  colors are used to identify by display an intended connection, like a country flag.
For example, (ABC order) an African, American, Chinese, Korean, Russian flag identifies quickly a group of common people if seen in any part of the world.

Choice

In an American  or any democrcary of liberty, men are allowed to choose any combination of  personal preferences.  It's the power to decide our unique car,  clothes, occupation, sports, shoes, etc.

Control (without personal approval)  in the slightest degree is wrong to human liberty.  If someone else controls a man's choice of most everything, eventually a man will have no real control over anything.
The pinnacle of control is slavery.

A single man is approved to own a piece or a copy of nature, but we are not allowed to own the source and copyright of nature.  To  own the source of nature, whether it's the copyright of all sound, sight,  animals, clouds, etc. is to control it.
To control the source of nature instead of allowing to belong and benefit everyone is to wrongly intrude into the lives of others.

Purchase

Does Mipa believe one purchase I made was a sign to Mipa about friendship?
In the attractive modern day, we are in witness. In current events, men see and know 6 colors have been dedicated to Mipa.  All primary colors except one, are devoted to Mipa.  Most colors all the world use are from the primary colors, including the American Flag.  Americans and Chinese love red.  Chinese love red clothes  because it compliments there lush green environment.  Red clothes and green nature are complimentary colors.

I purchased a tool  privately, to use the tool privately, to be seen only by my eyes, to use primarily as a utilty to accomplish a specific task, and its color represents to customers a very popular brand that makes the best utility tools,
and I'm not wearing the color for display,  and colors inherently belong to everyone.
The opposite of keeping an object  private for private use,  is to show color publically to make a seeable for all eyes as statement of obvious identification or meaning, for an end effect of someone's response.
Did I  publically show it,  for obvious meaning?

To go into a places we shouldn't go,  to see something we shouldn't see, and to make conclusions we shouldn't make, is it my fault? 

For a friendship, to apply force onto someone for a relationship as control over his unique will away from his own destined road, has what label?

I politely ask Mipa, please discontinue any offer or aim towards a friendship.  Thank you.
